We book a hotel coozer as its like 2-3hr drive for me. Supprisingly hotel is cheaper than a pair of tickets.

Which way do you go from Doncaster for it to be a 2hr drive to Birmingham?

110miles from my house roughly and via M1 but if i go on my own its be 1:30 or less but missis has to have fag stops and im constantly reminded of speedlimits estesial the motorways

Went last year for the first time and really enjoyed it so will be going again to the next one. Bit of a drive from west of Scotland but will doing it down and back in one day again.

Hope there's more 2 for 1 codes available.

Been every year since 1998! 360 miles one way from up here in Scotland. Nowadays book a hotel but the first few years went down and up in one go, bit more sensible now. It's smaller in size now but still the highlight of the winter. It's great if you are a car nut but some of my friends only like one form of motorsport and say there is not enough of what they like and get bored. I on the other hand can appreciate anything with an engine and wheels so would not miss the show. Was lucky to win free tickets last year.

Thats worse fella! No way would I drive down and stay in a hotel, bored just to get up and come back..

I drive up and down the M1 to Northampton and Birmingham every day in a truck and I dont pay for the fuel, the driving bit is easy to me...

What I meant was it costs too much fuel for me in my own car! Plus the trucks are so comfortable against my Fiat.

Try get a stop out down that way and one of us pick you up drop you off for the show haha

I went a couple of years ago. Drove down in the morning and home that night. It was a long drive back.

I may go again this year and book a hotel on the way back. Take missus with me and have a good drink on the night!!
