Recommended tyre sizes
My vortx is ordered and I'm about to buy some 7inch pro race 1.2 wheels.
What size tyres are people using ? Different front and rear ?
I think I'm set on 888's but also open to suggestions on tyres.

You can't always fit them over the brakes etc, but people often advise 13" diameter rims for 7 type cars. Not sure on specific tyre
widths, but usually wider tyres on the rear (driven) wheels.

If you are planning track use or competition then it has to be 13 inch all the way, using the CBR1000rr engine in our Arions we opt for 205 - 60 - 13
all round and whilst the AO48r is mandated for the RGB stuff, I would much prefer the TOYO 888

Thanks for the replies guys. It's mostly going to be a road car. I had toyed with the idea of 13's but was put off by the fact I
didn't know if they would fit over my vortx brakes. I've opted for the willwood brakes for the car. Can anyone advise on if 13s will fit
Andy. I rang your shop earlier to place an order for the wheels but no answer. Will you be in tomorrow at all ?
