Are these the correct GXSR 750 throttle bodies to be able to split ?
and the other side

They look ok fella, just the extended fuel rail to sort.
ATB Dan.
Yes Mate, looks like it, but you'll need a custom fuel rail if your gonna use the Suzi injectors! You will need some other bits making up on a lathe as well and some welding to extend the linkages

They are what I'm using.
I used the zetec injectors and fuel rail. For linking the mechanims I used small pieces of steel and a couple of m4 screws.
The only custom bit was making a bracket to fix the fuel rail to the injectors. This was just bits bits of steel welded together, nothing
complicated.
I did turn some new pieces to get the spacing right as well.
Think I paid around £70 for mine

Ahh, I see.
So the fact I am using a Duratec, they will be spaced for a duratec inlet manifold. Therefore would the duratec fuel rail be the correct spacing
straight off ? I guess I use the injectors into the TB's and not the original Duratec position (blank them off?).
Dont worry, I do have a mechanic to help me do all this. But, would just like to look as if I have got a bit of a clue about these thngs
Any detailed pictures of a gsxr TB setup on the engine would be handy.
Blank off the suzuki injector ports using roofing bolts and engineering glue and use the duratec fuel rail and injectors, the ITB's can be very
easily respaced using bits and bobs from B&Q dont panic.
You will need some 5mm screwed rod, some 12mm ally tube and some 20mm wide ally strip all from B&Q
GSXR on Duratec
Have a look in my photo's you will see how they split, and how they are spaced using the tube and the extended linkages

Or you can make up a fuel rail to suit the original Suzuki injectors:
Some gsxr TBI's (gsxr600) use 5mm threaded rod, some (gsxr1000) use 6mm rod.
Not sure what gsxr750 use.
Extending the linkages isn't too tricky, I bolted with M4 and a bit of JB weld for good measure.
Flak Monkey can make you a fuel rail at a very good price, but you probably don't need to both with the suzuki injectors.
You might need a gsxr750 airbox to get the inlet rubbers, but these are about £20 on ebay (make sure you get the right ones though).
