Fireblade 919rrv carb leaking after rebuild

My car has been sitting for a few years so i did a clean with carb cleaner and rebuild with new kits on the carbs no abrasive tools used. Three of them now seem fine but one of them just keeps over filling and i get fuel running out of the overflow. i've tried swapping parts from good carbs and the good are always good and the bad always bad. Is this likely to just a float issue or is anyone aware of anything else it could be.
I have looked down in the seat of the float valve and it seems fine no scratches etc., prior to the clean the float needles were sticking but are now free to move.

Cheers Pete

I had this issue with my 893 I stripped them down 3 times and still couldn't work out why it was leaking. But it worked fine on 3rd rebuild. I did use wd40 on a few bits on rebuild number 4.

I know this doesn't help you sorry but I think mine was a float in the end so you maybe right.

Thanks
