fuel reg what where

hi all simple question anyone
I have a fuel regulator
what goes where please
looking for inlet from tank
outlet to injection
return to fuel tank if it there ( I suspect the top small one is a turbo connection
if so do I block it up as no turbo being used.

sorry no instructions came with it and nothing on there web site

Generally it would be plumbed in after the fuel rail with a hose from rail into the side port, with the bottom outlet being a return to your fuel tank. Top outlet is as you say for turbo installations only and so leave open to atmosphere.
The top fitting with the locknut is to adjust the fuel pressure
