Dunnell ECU

Does anyone have any experience of the Dunnell CFMS ECU that they offer with their throttle body setups?

Cant seem to find the ECU available as a separate item on their site, so not sure if you can purchase it separately.

I had one, but they are locked so only they can map them. Hence I think only available as a package, and come mapped to match.

Probably available elsewhere unmapped.....

Any idea who they are produced by? I would assume they are private labelling them

The older ignition only ecu I had from them was I believe from an Australian manufacture.

If you just want an ecu I would look elsewhere, if you want to invest in there pedigree then I found them great to deal with. As said the ecu is locked but if your upgrading to the next level then they would have it back to 're program it.

It is looking at the options out there really. The dunnell products are bloody brilliant, you cant fault the stuff they do.

I have the throttle bodies but just need the ECU side of things. Omex is the way to go, but your looking at about £1k by the time you have bought all the sensors, harness etc.

Probably rather cheaper than Dunnell setup. About 3.5K IIRC....

Don't bother with them if cost is a consideration.
