Given that VIC tests have been abolished and DVLA local offices closed, do you still have to take your car to the DVLA after you've passed your IVA? Where do you go?

No,all done via post now.

Which has caused a fair few people delays,due to the DVLA misplacing paperwork.

So needs to be sent Special Delivery or the like,but saying that even people with signed proof of delivery have had paperwork lost
