1st time in ages I have had to buy steel box from a stockist, usually the brother in law to be gets it from his work.

£36 Inc vat for 7.5 M of 25x50x3mm , does this sound right ?

Not bought for a while, but that sounds about right to me.

I usually get mine from a local fabricator who happily takes biscuits for his workforce

That's about right. Maybe a little expensive. I'm a steel stockist and I would sell a full length for around £33.00 inc vat.

Did you have it cut into smaller sections at all? We charge a small fee per cut so they may have included that.

morning guys

That is before he cuts it into 4x 1875mm lengths.

Fair enough if thats around the right price. They are giving me a load of free sheet off-cuts so wont grumble!

I paid £70 for 7.5m of 50x50x3mm, cut to 12 lengths, if that helps you balance it.
