As above,
Looking for assistance.
Had a complete nightmare with my conversion, got pissed off with it and bought a "running conversion" from a forum memeber.
Anyway the lad has fitted the engine, wired it up and is not getting a spark.
100 OHM Resistor is fitted 4 inches from the ECU - 12v in and 9 out
Brown/white wire has 12v
ECU is earthed
Clutch switch wires are joined
Green/white kickstand wire is earthed the same way as ECU
Getting 12v off the red wire AT THE COIL
Getting the correct reading at trigger and cam pos
Have tried 3 other CDI's as I have 4 of them lol
Its winding over but just not sparking
Have tried other coils and fitted new plugs
PLEASE HELP it's cost me a fortune and I just don't know what to do anymore.
Im alot of £££ into this now, actually if im honest too much.
Any help would be great.

Daft as it may seem, is the battery in tip top condition? I know of a bloke who only lastnight discovered he'd been pi$$ing into the wind for the past two weeks trying to get his Hayabusa engine to run correctly before lobbing a set of jump leads onto another battery and it ran fine. His battery checked out at 13v but once cranking over it dropped too low to supply enough juice to play ball.

Had an issue with my zx10r cranking over, but no spark.
Turned out that I had connected some big block 16way connectors incorrectly.
Instead of grey to grey and brown to brown, I'd managed to munge them brown to grey etc.
Worth a punt.

Have a look at this, it was a while ago when I had similar problems.

Something else that may help, on my ZX10 engine, using a 100ohm resister.
If I go from position one to position two on the ignition switch slowly, the engine won't spark. It's as if the ecu has to see the volt drop
within a certain time.

It's been a while, but I seem to remember I was getting fed up
I think I just checked all the earths and connections and it sparked.
I don't particularly remember finding the exact reason, sorry that's not much help
Keep at it, im sure you'll get there

Oh........ one other thing, it won't start without the choke.....

Checked the kill switch that would have been on the handle?
Are you getting 12V to the coils WHILE cranking?
Have you tried the "If you are using the little fuse block just earth the green black that runs from that to the IC. That defeats all the lock
outs and lets it start." that Coozer suggests?
I also have a CDI and set of coils you could try if needed from a 1998 C1
Pity your so far away because the electrics aren't particularly complicated on these. I would be looking at the cam sensor next. Try not to give up though you've got this far.

If it hasn't got a cam sensor it's likely to be an E engine 2000 - 2002 if you are using the Ecu from a C engine it won't work

sounds like you may be getting somewhere now - even if its not the answer you wanted
I believe E1/E2 are also the only ones that had keihin CVR carbs (all the others use CVK's) - you can tell which you have as it should be cast
into the side of the carbs like this in the top left of the pic:

(these are my ZX9R E1 carbs that are going on my pinto)

Progress is being made.
Found the wires that go to the coils had been somehow joined together poorly.
This was causing high resistance.
Tried swapping out he CDI and turns out a pin on the supplied CDi was dead.
Car now has a spark.
Further update
Car is now running off fuel, it's not running smooth but the garage are going to clean the carbs etc.
Thank fuck
Well done!
Cheers

Result
Great news and palpable relief,.. stemming of the cash haemorrhage I hope
I know how it feels, almost 9 months last year my car refused to run properly,..
Pleased good progress has been made
I thought he might be on the verge of setting fire to it
