disabling Nissan anti theft system on a Pulsar engine

Hi folks
I have got my rebuild just about done but I am having problems with the engine immobiliser that is part of the Nissan electrics on my car.
I have planned to use non Nissan instruments but found the car won't run without at least the circuit board for the Nissan instruments and now according to the signal LED the system is locking the engine I have spark but no power to the injectors.
My question is this can I eliminate the whole anti theft system without going to a custom ECU or mega squirt/jolt ?

Morning / Afternoon Iain spelt the right way

not an answer to you question but assuming the ECU switces the injectors on the earth side ( belive most do ) could you not run a 12v feed to you injectors from another supply ?

I don't know enough to just try something like that and risk blowing up the ECU .
I think that I will have to give Nissan a call on Monday morning.
It is so depressing to be so close and to have this happen
