Duratec omex 600 start up

Good afternoon all
hope you had a good Christmas.

I am trying to help a friend finish a GBSC Zero running a 2.0 Duratec
2nd hand Omex 600 and self build loom,
AT power direct to head throttle bodies

we are having issues with the stat sync on the omex

ECU is seeing engine speed and timing errors counts up as you crank it...

stat sync clicks on every now and again for a few seconds and then goes off again.

we have read so many posts trying to find the solution, head is spinning now.

Any help gratefully received

thanks Gavin
