Small Fabricating help needed
Jasper - 30/1/09 at 01:36 PM

I need to make up a couple of bits for my seat belts. As it is they clamp up solid at the hips (designed for a single seater) but I want them adjustable.

So, can anybody make these up for me? I would attempt it in the garage with a drill and grinder, but it would be much better if they were laser cut if it's not too expensive.

Ideally galvanised but I can get that done locally if not.

They need to be around 4mm thick, the rest of the dimensions are on the picture. The slots are too narrow (2 inch - 50mm) in the ones I have. Rescued attachment ABCD0020.JPG
