First of all Happy new year to all contributors and readers of the locostbuilders forum!

A new year and a new project for the locostbuilders readers at least. With the build of the project RW1 car finished and done for now. I started a new project in the spring of 2012. The plan is to build a relatively locost and simple to build motorcycle in the style of Walz Hardcore cycles. And give my own twist to it.

Facts;

Chassis: home build
Engine: Kawasaki VN 800 Vulcan
Wheels: Yamaha R1
Brakes: Yamaha R1
Front suspension: modified Yamaha R1 upsd
Rear suspension: hardtail
Seat: home build
Front fender: modified Yamaha R1
Rear fender: home build

It’s a long time since I’ve posted something on this forum. In the mean time many miles where driven without major problems. With the normal necessary maintenance the car turns out very reliable and no things where changed to it. Unfortunately the biggest problem is the lack of time.

I had a short visit from a young uprising photographer, who had seen the car parked on the driveway. Hey asked if hey could take a picture, maybe we doing some photo shoot later this year…
