suggestion on multi'stalk and paint

hello all,

I just bought a westfield SE and it's fantastic!!

look froward to have some suggestion from you, I have a lot of stuff to ask!

1) I have to replace the Multi-stalk Steering Assembly since mine come from a ford fiesta and I would like something better.
I've seen something on ebay, anyone used it?

2) I have to respray the car, suggestion on how to do it? I have already done other car, but I would like to have some ideas from you. I would like to strip it down and do each piece separately.

Thanks
(It's my first post, apologize if something is wrong)

Congrats on your new car. If I were you I would take time to go to some meetings and chat with other Westy owners before doing anything. You will pick up a lot of tips and ideas and may even find some parts from them. An all over repaint, I would go for 2 pack however chatting with people at a meeting will probably bring up lots you didn't know. After all what's the rush?

Sure, no rush!

Indeed I really enjoying the actual status!

Any suggestion on where can I find the next meeting planned?

( I'm in Coventry)

You will find local clubs that have regular meets just by being on here. I'm in Bristol so don't really know your area, but turn up at Stoneleigh every year, doesn't everyone? There are trackdays, car shows, breakfast meets and fun runs just about everywhere. Bet you'll be contacted very soon from people in your area.
