Motors TV

Have been watching some good stuff on Motors TV recently. 750mc from Donington and their raceday live, also from Donny.
I get it in with my Sky package, but I believe it's free to view elsewhere? Couple of pals are asking about it. Do you need to own an HD TV to recieve it free, or is there another way?

The bit I can't understand is it's not an HD transmission, so why the need for the HD equipment?

The channel available on some HD freeview equipment (through an aerial with internet connection also) 240 is HD.

But you can get it on ANY Sky box in SD form , but you need a FreesatFromSky (white) viewing card, they are £25 delivered and last a few years.

And just out of interest I tried it in an SD box and I had to telephone Sky and get it paired up.

But then I bought a couple of Sky+ HD boxes and the white card works in both without calling up to pair it!!

Just setting up 2 of these for myself and my dad........................

Also you get upto 11 free free to view HD channels on the #Sky+ HD box and the picture looks stunning.

I have bought 2 in the last couple of weeks ,about £15 each bargain!

Amstrad DRX 280 80GB SKY+ Box Satellite Receiver - with remote control

Check more local to yourself , should find one cheap, doesn't have to be Sky+
