I'm after a drilling jig making, basically a bit of milling to locate the piece and nine accurate holes to drill through.

Anybody know anywhere/anyone?

sounds like the sort of thing any decent machine shop could do - I've got a couple of places up here that I can recommend, but the postage might be a deal breaker for you...


how accurate does it need to be ?
and how big is it ? (a drawing sketch would help if you've got one)

is it something you could make from 1 or more waterjet cut plates ?
(i.e. order the plates and assemble yourself)
I'm only suggesting this as a cheaper alternative to getting something fully machined...
