Yup! Thats where I got mine and it was a Lepin too. Cheap as chips, faster delivery than I thought too.
Does not come in a posh box though, just wrapped in a bag but I think I can live with that

What is the quality like compared to genuine LEGO?

Quality is much the same, only the Lego legend is missing.

I've got some modular buildings and the lepin one is as good as if not the same as the Lego one without breaking the bank.

Currently around £21 delivered on aliexpress.

Not ordered with aliexpress before, do you get hit with a duty charge?

It's a lottery - the item has to be over a certain value (can't remember what), not of a certain category (e.g. electronics always gets hit) and, finally, the toss of a coin.

I've bought a lot of Chinese stuff lately and not been done. This is mostly because they fill in the CN22 customs form with "Toys, $5". Sometimes HM Customs pick it up and will check the contents if they're feeling moody. This results in a small amount of import duty, and a £20 handling charge from Royal Mail!

Saying that, I've recently bought a couple of £30 items from a Chinese company and they've just arrived through the regular post without a charge.

Nope, got a email asking for some custom payment (£3) once and just ignored it.

Had a lot of lepin from china with no problems.
