I've ordered a few things in the past from China (camera, tablet etc) although it's been through ebay and paying with paypal. Never had a problem, but you have to sometimes pay import duty which seems to vary from £17 to £24 on something valued at £150 - £300. Obviously you have to be aware of copies.

Bought a few items including tablets from china

Most expensive item was a CUBE Talk U30GT tablet at £150
No problems yet

Some of these items can be bought via amazon now, and some how, seem to legally get around the duty.
Last tablet was via Amazon and at £130 (deliverd) for an Cube Talk 9x Tablet.

Only issue is no or useless warranty, but I have not needed any yet.
Based on the savings, I guess one in 3 to 4 would have to go bad to loose.

Hello
Would you be able to tell me if the screen on the cube talk tablets are polarized. I want to use a 7 inch tablet as a gps/obd2 monitor in my car but my nexus is polarized in the landscape mode which goes completely black with my polarized perscription sunglasses.
Thanks
dale

Thanks
Dale
