kids lotus 7
has anyone built a seven replica for their kids. my 8 year old lad today asked me if i could build him a go kart that looks like my MK (ex MK)
thats all the influence i need to start building something for him. i remeber their used to be a set of plans for a kids replica 7 called a
grasshopper i think? i am sure it was by the guy who built the JC midge and locust (the cars were built from plywood) and if i remember the company
was in south yorkshire. i have tried a search on google and yahoo but not come back with much.
has anyone built a car like this and is there a set of plans available.

Anybody knows what happened to bwe (locust) and the grasshopper? Their contact nrs don't seem to exist anymore
Im after the grp parts for the grasshopper. I need more than 1 grp sets or something alternative.

I know the locustowners page but bwe seems to not be around anymore. That grasshopper page dates from 1999. I wonder what happened to the company.
