Very interesting phonecall

Had a call today inquring about my astra gte today. A production company in Southampton is making a documentary about evil killers in the UK and wish to use my car. Apparently the person they are profiling owned a gte in the 80s, hence they wanted to replicate his profile as accurately as possible.
Unfortunately they are based too far away and £45 for the day plus fuel doesn't warrant my time off work. Still, nice to be wanted.

£45 a day it must be a very small company as the use of a car is normally £150 to £500 upwards

I would be more worried, that its a scam, and your car will never be seen again

The website and company all checked out and I would of been onsite for the day, however documentaries don't have film budgets which is fair enough.

If your happy with it, and have the car they want, say so, and up the price ?
they can only say no

I think you have a point - if it's the car they want and your satisfied about them then ask for more money. The worst they can do is say no!

"He loaded his car with his weapons, and attempted to drive away, but the car would not start. He then fired four shots into the right side of the car."

Yeah....I'd not want them using my car tbh...
