Teflon Hose IVA

Hello!
Has anyone on here run teflon hose with stainless overbraid at IVA? If so, where did you get it from? What kind of markings did it have?
I usually use torques.co.uk but need to check if their hose is marked correctly.

Get them from Furore Products - lots of satisfied customers on here. Don't buy the self assembly stuff, just not worth it, inferior product, time
& aggro assembling & IVA may require proof you've inserted the inner tube olives

You don't need any markings, tho' Furore can provide a letter from HEL (the manufacturer) if required confirming they conform to the correct
SAE spec

Yes, a shameless plug (though not for myself) - however if you can find a better quality hose, made to your exact requirements, for a lower price you

your letterbox ready to fit. There simply is no comparison between the 2 products
You will note I no longer make the hoses, nor run or control the business that sells them, however, these are the hoses I used to make a sold to many
builders on here - there are many satisfied customers & my point remains that they are a vastly superior product at a very similar price, Oh!
& I didn't mention that if you talk to Oli nicely he'll usually do a 5% discount for LCB

The braided hoses you make up by hand if done carefully are perfectly fine and accepted at IVA without markings.

I made mine by hand first time round, have since replaced with Furore hoses. Russ is right, they are much nicer quality for basically the same price
and less effort.

Camaro even though it was supposedly unleaded and ethanol safe.
In the end i swapped it out to Goodrich push fit hose, still got the AN fittings i needed and it was marked up (not that I needed it on the Camaro as
it didnt need IVA)

Interesting!
I use pushfit hoses at the moment and was tempted to swap over to brained for IVA as it is more durable.
I will be running flexi-line down the tunnel and don't fancy anything other than stainless over braid in areas I can't see.
I will be using teflon hose, not stainless over rubber- that is quite important.
From reading the IVA website it suggests proof that the hose is fuel safe is as good as markings?

For inaccessible areas like the tunnel, why not simply run the line in copper, joining to rubber at the ends where it's more accessible

This^ Do not cover fuel hose, you need to see it to check for splitting and rotting.

I have done this before and I am not a fan. My tunnel is very tight and the routing can get rather complex. Having a flexi-hose makes this far more
achievable.

I want to run my fuel line an6 size.
I am sure when I enquired Russ, your old firm only does the 3/16 (an3) stuff for brakes ?

Yeah, sorry, my misunderstanding, thought the original post was about brake lines & didn't spot the word "fuel" in the OP's
