She has been loyal and fun toy, but the time has come to have a new project and i’ve just purchased a series 2 landrover, so this is now for sale. will need to be trailered away.

Car hasn't run in around 18 months, but has been stored in my garage while i rebuilt the front end, and as always things took longer than planned. battery is flat i suspect.

wow, i cant give this car away.

looks like i might be better breaking it and selling it for parts!

so who wants the chassis number and plate then?

PS I'm joking, i just cant believe i've had no interest on here piston heads or autotrader in 4 months...

fair enough point, i should update it.

its starts up fine, and runs, just havent taken it to the garge for the MOT, but never had any hassle passing.

if spending £50 will move it then no worries.

but serriously....not one call.....


just find it really odd

Get the MoT.
People are scared off, expect there to issues, otherwise it would have an MoT. That sort of thing.

MOT, 6 months tax and a new battery will remove any negatives.
It will sell if it can be started and driven away. A non starter and having to hire a trailer will put people off.

I agree, get an MOT and a battery on it , if the insurance has lapsed you may be able to get the MOT test center to collect and deliver
