Javelin sprint series

I did the first round of the javelin sprint series at Blyton this weekend to test the jedi before our championship rounds commence.and it really was great fun.
If anyone's interesred in some slightly competitive seat time Wether novice or serious you could do a lot worse than attend a round of this. They were rattling through the pack.i double quick time and 2x sighting laps.2x practice runs and 7 timed runs were had.
Staff and competitors were all friendly and a wide variety of cars were there. Including a dozen or so kits. And even of us in full race cars.
I'd strongly recommend doing one if interested in speed events but don't want all the MSA bull s##t that seems ever more prominent.

They do snetterton Jeff.and Woodbridge, Blyton, croft and Anglesey, but there's a good chance I won't be at any of the other rounds as our championship starts for me on 23/04/16 so funds are tight once that starts.
You'll enjoy it rob!
Obviously the competition wasn't the same, but the way it ran was really good.
In the opposite way to the msa they sent the quick cars out first with the slower cars following so the starting gaps were closer together then when a quick car follows a slower car and needs a huge gap.
It reall was wet early on from the overnight rain but dried out by lunch and we got loads of dry runs.great fun!
