hard time finding

This is on here somewere but im haveing a hard time finding this type of exhaust mount ( the black section )
ive already put two posts on as i was planning haveing the can mounted from below but now carnt find
were to get two of these any ideas



sorry for the pic rip i copyed it to a file of reserch before i did my chassis and carnt find were i got it ??????

solid rubber block ?? what would bottom nuts that come up hold onto ??? any designs avalible ??
