Zetec Header Tank Cap

Im pretty sure this has been posted before but cannot find it!

Does anyone know what the correct pressure cap is for a zetec? Currently running a 12psi cap and it does let a bit of liquid out from time to time and seem to recall it should be around a 20psi cap? Anyone confirm?
