Duratec Sump Kits

I'm just getting set up to offer these again if people are interested? If there's not much interest then I shan't bother

Supplied as a complete 'weld your own' kit of parts, laser cut and with all the hardware you need to build a fully baffled, low profile (76mm), RWD sump.

You can download the assembly manual here to see what's involved: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1rnk4Xq27ydAiDVl45RSprWRtxRfxV0MF

Kits would be priced at £125 including delivery in the UK.

Hi Sera, I’m interested in one of these. Do you have a finished welded price? Thanks, Craig

Sorry, I'm not planning to supply these as welded assemblies, only as DIY weld your own flat packs.

I have a complete welded sump here, complete with pickup pipe which is going spare. Slight flange distortion but clamps up flat no bother.

Where do you purchase the duratec sump kit form, the flange is the main bit I need cos I am going to have to build my own pan for it.

Yes, they are the same engine.

I have one pre-welded sump and pick up here.

Hi Sera,

Like the post above, I'm wondering if you still do the Duratec sump kits. I'd certainly be interested in buying one if you are.

Thanks,

Pete

Sera doesn't post on here any longer. I think they've moved on from kit cars and are more into bikes these days. I ended up buying the design rights for the sump and am selling the kits. Are you interested in buying a kit?

Hi Fred,

To be sure this sump will work for you, what Duratec is it for I.e. what capacity is it and does it have a timing belt or chain, and what car is it going in? I assume you'll want it shipped to Montreal, so I'll find out the shipping cost and send you a price. I cannot upload photos here, so if you PM me and give me an email address, I'll send you some build pics, so you can see what's involved.

Pete
