Zetec Oil Pressure
Should my release valve on my zetec oil pump have some 'O'rings on it in the grooves.
My oil pressure is very low on tick over when cold 30 and when warm 10
2500rpm is 40 cold and 15 warm
Im running 10/40 oil which im not sure is the right grade now. Been told more like 5/30 grade oil for a zetec ????

not sure about it needing o rings, but you def want 5w30 in a zetec
