Alternator question
Hi all
Looking into getting a denso Nippon style alternator for my build. Probably a daft question, do you have to have a tensioner? Not sure which one to
get if I do. Engine is rs2000 16v in a early GBS zero.

Do you mean a separate pulley to tension the belt?
If so the answer is no. Mine is just tensioned by pivoting the alternator

Yea separate pully.
Looks like i will be pivoting the alternator then.
