Name that caliper

A fellow Monte'ist has a car that's been fitted with std size (227mm) vented disc in place of the solid ones. Any idea what these non std calipers might be off? They have a 54mm piston the same as std Monte calipers.

Looks like a Bendix a 1970s caliper to me which usually means something French. 54mm bore indicates something big or very nose heavy FWD
Renault 20 ?

Brian is a nice name for a caliper.
