anyone know how to get an alloy wheel unbuckled? Its a fiesta zetec s multi spoke.

Theres plenty of "Alloy Wheel Doctors" on the internet.

Google will produce stuff on the subject.
try Alloy Refurbing, Wheel Doctor. etc etc

Ive done this before with a block of wood and a hammer, didnt come out perfect, but I was able to use it. It also chipped offthe powder coat.

I'd take it to a reputable pro or replace it. I've been told that repairing alloys is a risky business.

If it's a cast or forged rim, it's not worth the risk trying to straighten it. It may come back to shape and look OK, but the crystaline structure of the metal will be anything but.
If it's a two/three-piece wheel with a spun rim then that's a different case. They can be quite successfully repaired, but I'd still go to an expert (not necessarily a professional!) to have the work carried out.

Pumabuild or Pumaspeed might be worth a ring. They specialise in Pumas but also work with Kas and Fiestas and will probably be able to sort you out with a new or 2nd hand wheel for little more (if not less) than a refurb would cost.
