Just a quick pic of the rear uprights on with calipers.

Don't worry, I do get lazy too. My last build took 7 years!
This time though, I have a bit more money and time, plus I have been buying parts for about 8 months, so progress appears faster as I have most of the parts to hand.

If your using a 12mm or less width disc, the VW/Audi calipers are hard to beat for availability and cost. I'm usig Mk4 glof calipers, cost me $200 new for the pair including carriers.
If you want to run a wider disc on the rear, Mustang cobra calipers are a great deal.
