I need a seat runner on my car so my girlfriend can drive it. (your all right before you say it, put it in fixed )

So with my car the bracing across the floor for the runners is under the floor pan.

So it will be (in the below order)

Runner
Spacer (3mm) to raise it to be able to work
Load Spreader plate 4mm thick (do I( need this or only on fixed seats?)
Floor Plan
Cross beam for seat support.

All supported with a bolt of M8 8.8 through the lot. Does this sound correct?

Reason I ask is I've got my mind into a muddle after reading about the load spreader plates in the IVA. The seat runner is classed as a low level runner

That is similar to what I've got on mine, seat, runner, 4mm plate running between chassis rails, tiger sealed to my 2mm ally floor, with a big washer then a m8 bolt to pull it all together.
I don't know if it's ok for iva but that is what I'm going with.

Passed SVA with M8 Grade 8.8 bolts through the slider frame, 5mm spacer to allow the slider a bit of clearance, through the floor 16swg m/steel, large o/d steel washers on the underside and nylock nuts.
