A friend of mine is desperate for a gsxr 1000 k4 engine - it's for her sister's Class 7 autograss car, without one she will not be racing at the nationals next weekend.

Have you tried Yorkshire engines?

I was at the Fastest man on grass @ Sturton & Stow last wekend, i dont have the programme - but one of the races was sponsored by a motorcycle spares place , local to Lincoln (i guess?) If you drop an email to the4 club or if you know anyone who races there to get the 'phone number , - Yorkshire dales auto grass web site would be a great place to check as well.

Not sure if you mean she needs one as she hasnt got one or hers has broken.. if the later then maybe this would be an option if you have the parts
