CNC machining job, help needed urgently!!

Hi,

can anybody help within the next 10 days to machine two "sprocket cups" for me.

Here's a piccy of the type of thing, I have drawings on autocan and can email the dxf file. Its basically the "inverse sprocket" cup part in the pic, but with 16 teeth instead of 14

Dax sell a 10mm-ish thick circular plate that is usually welded onto the prop, but in the plate are holes for what Dax call drive pins. These are hardened steel pins that bolt to the place and engage on a standard 16 tooth sprocket.

This is how Dax take drive from the engine to the prop and they've used it on all their BECs, busa turbo to fireblade. You use 16 pins in the busa turbo but 8 are sufficient on smaller power units.

I'll see if I can upload a picture to my profile. Not done that here before !

OK, it's in there but it's huge ! The pins are easy to see and the propshaft is above the pins. The sprocket is between the pins. Looks a but rusty as I took that photo after winter last year before a strip down.

The white stuff is tippex to show me if the pins were moving.
