what was that car?
nathanharris1987 - 5/11/08 at 10:23 PM

hello all,

been trawling through the posts looking for a seven like car somone posted.

it had a full roof, front wings that were inclosed in front splitter / spoiler but still had the central nose / tunnel.

Coloured yellow with race logos on burning round a race track somwhere. Think it had some german name?

Had some racing rims like BBSs with exceptionally shiney trim on the outskirts of the rim kinda like this link

really cant remember anything more about it for the life of me!

anyone help?

Nice - looks like a Panoz. Now I'd even be tempted to swap my '7 for one of those...

Wouldn't be beyond the wit of people here to buy an MNR kit, a couple of sheets of plywood and a bumper pack of glass fibre and resin to make something that looked pretty similar for a lot less cash.
Other 7's could also be used for a slightly different front end look.

Just a quick reminder.

This car was built by a member on here. Esentially a 'bloke in a shed' car, if that isn't too insulting.
You can do anything you like if you try hard enough.
