What car is it in?

robin hood lightweight, could be air lock but this doesnt explain why fan is constantly on

It would if the airlock is in the radiator.

hows the fan controled ? ecu ? temp sender ?

what ecu have you got ?

lid0n - 18/8/10 at 05:42 PM

it is standard ecu, i think fan is controlled from ecu, what the best way to remove air lock?

Yep thats why I asked. the standard ecu will run the fan if there is no temp sensor connected.

So I would look at that or a broken connection.
