Have a look at the Caterham parts website... From memory I think the bellhousings around £300?
If your lucky you might find one on eBay as alot of the Caterham lads are upgrading to the sigma engine.

They come up on Ebay now and again, but even then you'll do well to get one for less than £125 or so. Mine sold for £150 a while back when I changed my plans.
