What’s the cable marked 17 called?
I have several sets of carburettors and the Mikuni carbs have a much longer thread on the end which is the one broken on my set
Need another one

Hard to see item 17 on the blurred image, but if its the upside question mark shaped thing?.....I believe it's the idle adjustment cable, you twist the knob on the end and somehow it adjusts the idle speed.

As said, impossible to read the image, but if it's what's described above you can just replace with an ordinary idle screw, just need something of correct thread. On bikes you have the flexy adjuster as impossible to acces carbs without stripping down on modern bikes due to fairings etc.

following the answers above, I find it is indeed 'idle adjuster' TM33/38
and part 18 is a clip to hold it in place
