R1 throttle bodies on 1.4xe, cheap manifold?

I'm trying to put Yamaha R1 04/06 throttle bodies on a vauxhall 1.4xe lump. does anyone know of anywhere cheap to get a manifold made? I've heard there is someone in the southampton area that makes them cheap? Cheers Andrew

Those are mighty big throttles for a small engine! You'd be better off with some 38mm ones from an R6 or a GSXR6 lest you find yourself with driveability issues...

try deneo on here he has made a few also does tanks and expansion tanks anything in alloy he'll weld up / fabricate

Fat boy dave, i know these are big, but they are the closest match i could find to the size used in the SBdevelopments kit for this engine which are 42.7 to 48mm tapered with 45mm butterfly.
