I've seen a few posts mentioning torque spreadsheets for tightening bolts based on the bolt size and type. But doing a search isn't bringing anything back apart from a few references to Haynes manuals for the donors. Does anyone have an up to date link (or spreadsheet) for torque settings?

And lastly, can I also confirm that it doesn't matter whether the nut is nyloc or not, it's still tightened to the same torque?

I think it would be wise to reduce the figures by the 10% as you suggest.
