Hi Guys, need some advice!

My Indy is now getting wet through its cover in our terrible weather. Has anyone had any good experiences with any particular cover and/or portable garage/car port?

I had the some problem last year with my Phoenix, so I bought a Dancover portable garage which I have found to be good quality and well made, it has been up almost a year and looks like new and has easily survived a wet and stormy year!!!

I've also got a Dancover.

I got a second-hand one about 5 years ago - it was already a bit beaten up but stood up to all the hurricanes and snow we had the past few years.

As it was showing its age (about 10 years I guess) I just replaced it with a the same model but brand new.

I just use a premium Halfords cover and replace every autum.

A year or so ago I wrapped a cheap Halfords cover over the top of the Premium to make it extra water tight.

I would not worry about the car getting wet. The damp, frost and ice gets under the covers regardless so if your tucking the car into bed for the winter just do what I do:

Remove battery
Jack up onto 4 axle stands
Remove all wheels
Give it a good clean
Take all soft and non water resistant things off out
Add antifreeze and cycle through the engine
Wrap with good quality cover and tie in place with rope
Sulk. . . . .

Carcoon do outdoor versions, dunno how much they cost though.

I've got a normal carcoon and its excellent. The car is bone dry all the time (wet garage) I can even put it away wet and it drys it out, needs powering though
