Has any one went from a 929cbrr or similar to 2012 1000cbrr, do you notice much difference in power and speed in a kitcar

I Had a 929cc fireblade in my first Mk Indy , back in 2005, it was the first Mk Indy with the fuel injected engine at the time,, it made just 124bhp at the wheels, but lapped Cadwell Park in 1m 42 second's back in 2006/7
With later 1000cc rr engine you will be looking at 150/60 bhp at the wheels, so a big difference in performance and lap times, well worth the investment in my opinion if you can peddle a car round a track😎
