do I need the Starting cut-off relais ?
or is it possible to leave it out and connect the nessesary wires ?
and how about the Lean angle cut-off swtich ??
how did you do your wiring ?

Starting relay is required, just short out the side stand and clutch. Other things you'll need to join are the main switch, kill switch and when
you want to start, the start wire will need to go to ground.
I believe the lean angle can be stopped with a 470 ohm resistor but haven't tried it.
If you're wiring up a 5PW then I have a useful guide on my website
what year engine is it mate
It's a 2003 engine 5PW code
@ chockymonster , i'll check your site today.
I would like to keep the wiring as simple as possible, so I thought it would be nice to keep al complicated stuff out.

You can remove the starter cut off relay. You have to make sure that the starter relay is connected to ground and to the battery through your
iginition switch to make it start.
For simplicity, if you are using the bike's wiring loom, leave it as it is and just short the clutch switch and sidestand switch.
In the interest of balance...
I've stripped my (simpler 5JJ) loom right back and am using a Lucas Starter Solenoid. Doesn't get any simpler in terms of the finished
starter circuit.

How's about live & let live eh?
Sorry Tim, I wasn't after a row - I was just wondering why?
That's ok.
1. To be honest it looked the most straightforward way to me (!?)
2. It looked the neatest (as in tidyiest) solution and I HATE messy wiring.
I fully expect to be wrong, but that's the way it's happening.
