Early Robin Hood 2B wishbone conversion
piddy - 17/5/16 at 03:05 PM

Can anyone recommend a double wishbone conversion kit for an early Robin Hood 2B
Or a company that do the conversions?
It presently isn’t built but it is of the sliding pillar variety.
Thanks for any help advice.

Would GBS help? They still do 2B parts.

There is a bit on the RHOC site about the conversion that would be worth looking at

I did a wishbone conversion on a 2b. Wasnt too tricky. If I had the opportunity to do it again I would start by crushing the car and building a locost. Was a heavy and rather agriculturally designed chassis

I'm pretty sure you can copy the 2b design and Weld the brackets on without too much trouble. Just make sure you don't have the wishbones parallel to each other
