Hi

Has anyone any experience with these: -

Looking to get a second set of wheels for my MK. Currently running TD Pro Race 1.2 (but they're out of shape due to some previous mistreatment when getting some R888's fitted!) and want something rounder before driving to Le Mans next month.

I'll be putting something like R1R's on, using them for road and wet track, then the other set will keep 888's on and get driven to the canvas on track

Cheers

When I was searching for some new rims I found theses to be quite heavy, something to bear in mind.

Rally Design say 6.6kg. I believe Pro Race 1.2 are about 6.2kg, so they are heavier but not massively so?

Sorry I opted for Oz Superlagerra 15 which were 4.9kg

Didn’t realise that the pro race were so heavy

Tried 13s before, but would need new calipers etc for clearance and don't have cash nor time to go through such a change at the moment.

Wonder who manufactures them, could well be made by Rimstock/TD.
If they are Chinese manufactured I can't see the weight being that close to a Pro-Race 1.2 tbh

So went for them in the end. They look good to my eye, and weigh 14.7kg per corner with new Yoko AD08R vs 14.9kg for my Pro Race with part worn R888, so whilst I expect the 888 are made of more rubber, the final setup is actually comparable so a good road/wet setup against the Pro Race/R888 combo for dry track use.
