I have an adaptor plate to mate a Duratec Ford v6 (Mondeo st24, Cougar, ST220, Jag S-Type or X-Type etc.) to a type 9 or MT75 bell housing pattern. Manufactured from 12mm aluminium. Yours for the bargainous price of £45 posted.

Can't see any reason why it wouldn't fit a T5, should be fine.
