Will that cover a 13" wheel I don't know without measuring, if so yes please

well it is 24" diameter, so at a guess yes, but you probably want to measure the wheel with the tyre to check. let me know.

sorry - I tried the photo in a private firefox window - it worked. doesn't work in a private google one.. the pic is coming from google photos. why did they have to make it so hard!
