I rented this a while ago but it's far too big for my needs.
I'm looking to rent half of it. The entire space is 42' x 16' with a mezzanine to the side. It includes use of the two post lifter in
the middle with electric and lights. There is also a sink at one end.
This is only suitable as a hobby or storage space. I'm slowly building up a Haynes roadster at one end, ideal if you have a similar project.
Looking for 200 a month.

It was advertised, but not for long. I was looking everyday across Facebook, Rightmove, gumtree etc

There's a couple of builders on here from the Winchester area who had a rented barn space on the Basingstoke side of Winchester a few years back. IIRC one of them had a username like "corradovr6", but I can't find him using the search.
Just found him "corrado vr6" - might be worth a U2U.

Can't help in Newbury direction. Sometimes worth trying farms who may have unused barn space to rent out. Could be issues with noise, access,
electrics, security etc. though. I think those type of things often come from knowing the right people in the right place at the right time as well.
