Wanted: iPhone 4 or 4s?

Evening all. My contract is coming to an end and I'm trying to avoid getting another contract so I can save money!

I'm looking for an iPhone 4 or 4s ( s probably out of my budget though!) please and wondered if anyone had one?

I've got an unlocked black 16Gb iPhone 4 going for £300 if you are interested - I'm upgrading to a 4S
