kit car wanted

Hi guys
I've spent weeks now going through the usual sites looking for a car to purchase and nothing is ticking all the boxes or at least most of them.
So I thought I'd finally try my luck on here just in case someone hasn't advertised and is hiding a gem 
I've got an absolute max of 9k to spend. I've owned 3 bec's before but am open to looking at anything. I am viewing 2 cars on monday
one is a 190hp b18c classic mini and a the other a 200hp 2l red top luego which gives u an idea of my wayward thinking would still like a bec so
approach if need be.

In terms future ill be buying road legal, stripping and creating but for the time being I just want to buy something close to what I want. I'm
very tempted to buy an old mini with an integra type r engine

get a mini and do a bike engine conversion like me.
im just down the road if you ever need some advice... im also building a k20 FWD mini
